Looking for a DJ/4X bike

i was wondering what would be the best DJ 4X urban bike for a 12 year old that is 107 pounds 5 foot 8 and has an inseam of 33 inches for under 1,200 dollars?

Most of the companies make good ones. Check out the Specialized, Norco, Giant and Trek. This time of year you can get a good deal on this year’s model. Get a small or short frame.
