    Heh, a small group of us at work do a “bootcamp” style short workout Tuesday and Thursday at lunch. Today we did 50’s – 50 see saw lunges, 50 crunches, 50 burpees, 50 pushups, 50 skater lunges. I thought I was in good shape until today…
