Includes: 3,349 square-foot, 5 bed, 4 bath, 3-car-garage house
I pray that a rider will buy my pump track (I’ll throw in the house); otherwise I have to level the love. This a great place for a family, perfectly situated in Boulder, CO.

You may already have talked to your realtor about this, but maybe he could alter the MLS listing on your house so that it says you have a bike track in the back yard. It could be a selling point; that way you’re more likely to attract a buyer who’s into biking. (If I had the money, I’d buy the place)

Good Luck Lee. I’ve always wished I could have a backyard like that! Crazy that a house that nice and large is going for under $600k. Where i live in Santa Cruz, that’s atleast a $2 million dollar structure!

Lee,
Get that agent of yours to put your swanky pad on his web site, or at least have him point to your page here. The pictures you published are great and should be seen by your potential buyers.

Hey Dean, I think it’s in process.

See those photos of my house? Pretty sweet eh?
For contrast: Now I’m in a one-bedroom apartment, with boxes as tables, but I have The Rufus, my bikes and support from Pump Track Nation … so it’s all good.
Onward!
Dean says:
They’re just possessions, and Rufus still loves you.
I heard why you’re selling; nobody on here said this but I am sorry to hear that man – and hope only good things come of this for ya – always man. Hope that was okay to say!

All good brother. Thanks.
Talked to a lansdcaper guy yesterday about killing the track. Divorce is tough, but the track … oh the pain! :0

What, no shots of the garage? Any self respecting rider is going to want to see the “work shop”
Horrible oversight. There’s a full bay dedicated to wrenching.
