I’ve been riding the old mining trails in the mountains near my house. They are steep/loose/gnarly/rad, but — dude — I want me some of that FLOW!
Must admit Wales is a stunning place to ride, the guy on the vid Rowan added to the trails at my local Brechfa. Just wish I couldget the video as good as that one. Not sure about Ed’s beard though!!!

What a great trail! I also really enjoyed the mellow soundtrack on the video too. The hardcore stuff may make the riding seem gnarlier but using that stuff to show guys rolling on a public trail only scares away beginners which we need more of if we are going to grow the sport and get more places to ride. Way to go Rowan and Ed!
