The Fabiolous Escape 2 video is rad in a thousand ways. One of them is Fabio Wibmer’s Triangle of Awesome.
This is a fundamental skill — and it’s perfect on Fabio.
What is a Triangle of Awesome?
When you have a Triangle of Awesome, your hips are square and your knees are next to each other — right above your bottom bracket. This drives equal weight into both feet, uses both legs and hips equally, and is seen only in the best riders (and me).

This aspect of his technique gives him a solid, balanced base, and it helps him ride the way he does — which is freakin’ awesome.

A couple of the squashes (?) in there are just insane.
…and BTW, the triangle of awesome comes in pretty handy for railing high speed corners on a road bike as well.
Road bikes can be rad! Mostly downhill.
