Soooo stoked on what Lee taught me in one day that in 30+ years of mountain biking I'd never understood. The next ride out, just focusing on light hands and being smooth - not trying to be fast at all, I immediately pr'd my most frequent downhill. now I can't wait to combine that with trying to be fast. I HIGHLY recommend working with Lee and I will be hiring him again in the future for on-the-trail coaching!!Posted on Google Bomb-TacosTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Lee provided our group with an amazing experience. We had a group of 4 with different skill levels and he was able to accommodate us all. Our 3 hour mtb class seemed to fly by, that's when you know you're having fun! Lee is a great guy and an amazing teacher we will definitely be scheduling another class you should too!Posted on Google Gabe FerenczTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve been riding for years and have attended several in-person clinics, but recently found myself lacking motivation to ride as often and not enjoying my rides the way I used to when I was in better shape. Over the past two months I’ve had the chance to work closely with Lee through several Zoom sessions, and the experience has been transformative. Lee is incredibly experienced and tuned-in. He noticed so many small but important details, from where I was looking on the trail to subtle adjustments in my breathing and body position. Focusing on belly breathing during climbs and getting lower in corners were especially helpful breakthroughs. The results really showed up on the trail. On my local pump track and jump line that I’ve ridden countless times, I felt smoother and more in control. Even on regular rides, I found myself riding more calmly, more relaxed, and surprisingly faster. What stood out was that at first I didn’t feel like I was progressing, but on the trail, I realized just how much smoother and more efficient I had become. Beyond the technical improvements, working with Lee has helped me better appreciate what I was already capable of and find new enjoyment in the riding I already had access to. My fitness has improved, my motivation is back, and I’m simply having more fun on my bike. I’d recommend Lee to anyone who wants to improve their riding. Whether you’re just getting started, trying to break through plateaus, or simply looking to enjoy riding more, Lee will be able to help. I’ll definitely enjoy continuing to work with him.Posted on Google Brian AllisonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Spent a weekend with Lee here in Park City, UT. Hands down....Lee is the best. He is a world-class coach with the unique ability to engage and get all levels and types of riders better. IncrediblePosted on Google Gregory NelsonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Amazing results! with all the things a rider thinks he needs to learn or focus on. Lee delivers the true fundamental to them all. Something that the average rider would not even recognize. In addition to the riding skills. Lee delivers his knowledge on bike set-up for you! Something again, you will not find in your local mountain bike store. Our group is already setting up another clinic with Lee for the beginning of next season.Posted on Google john huthTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Want to give a big thanks to Lee and the bike changing work that he does. in 2018 I picked up his book Mastering Mountain Bike Skills and that has changed the way I ride ever since. At that point I had been pushing myself on the bike for 26 years and every so often things would just click and I would be in that flow zone. Never knowing how I got into and and how to keep from leaving it left me thinking it was only for the Pros. Lees book helped me get mental handles on good technique and really upped my game even after all those years of beating my own technique rut into the dirt. I had the opportunity to spend a half day with Lee a few weeks ago and that time gave voice to the text that changed my ride so many years ago. There are things you read and then apply as best you can, but when you have the author pointing out the gap between your perception and reality, that helps a lot. He is definitely a lot of fun to work with and I look forward to another session down the road.Posted on Google Mike HappeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I took the 7 week 14 session fitness class from Lee. It was an awesome experience. A great mix of skills training along with the strength training specifically targeted toward the new skills. What I found great about this format was, instead of packing the training into one day, we got 7 weeks for the concepts to marinate and sink into our "lizard brain". The targeted exercises were rigorous but not overwhelming. Lee has an amazing ability to keep the mood light and positive and focused on learing and improvement. I will do this one again!Posted on Google Jake RoseTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Lee is a legendary mountain bike coach, writer, and thinker. You should expect to get exactly what he promises: a combo of fitness drills, riding skills, and psychology that allows you to have the most fun on a bike possible. Even if you think you're an expert, a class with Lee will open up new windows in your riding. I've been mountain biking for 25 years and I've seen every Lee McCormack video I could find, plus I bought his book, and I still found tons of value with an in-person class. Just his feedback on my riding was worth the price of admission.Posted on Google John KellerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had fun, we worked hard, and we learned things about mountain biking that we'd never heard before. With Lee as a coach, you can't help but be affected by his enthusiasm and expertise. Even as an experienced rider, you will learn to ride better and safer. Who knows, you may find you love riding all over again. Lee is very easy to work with and get along with. He also made sure there was something new every class. I'm glad I signed up and would do it again.Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
