THE ULTIMATE OFF-BIKE PUMPING WORKOUT?

It’s easy to train indoors for pedaling—just ride your trainer—but how do you train the full-body extension that is so crucial to pump-manualing?

Can’t rip the BMX track? Your pump track is buried in snow? Buy a HealthRider off eBay—currently starting at $9.99—and rock it!
