Rhythm Cycles, the online partner of The Fix, knows riding and carries only proven products. Here are a few handy items from 661:
|
661 N8-3 Pressure Suit This light, low-profile vest is made for skiing and snowboarding, but it makes a nice, lighter-duty alternative to hard bike armor. With removable, hard-plastic spine protector. $120.00 Learn more>> |
661 Bomber Short I wear these shorts for moto, and I love ‘em. They pretty much disappear under your pants, and they protect all the goods, even your sacrum. The thigh pads prevent those OTB handlebar charlie horses. Sweet. $69.95 Learn more>> |
661 Rail Knee/Shin Guards It can be hard to find knee guards that feel good and actually stay in place when you crash. These guys do the trick: The middle strap locks above your calf, and the top strap keeps the knee cup in place, even in nasty spills. $49.95 Learn more>> |
661 Ice Cap Helmet Look like you’re ripping at Woodward, even when you’re carving at Vail. Skate style, removable ear pads and all that jazz. $59.95 Learn more>> |

Hey LeeLikesAds, I can personally vouch for the 661 Race Wrap, it’s an ankle protecting machine! Actually, 661 has really nice anti-sprain stuff, for wrists and ankles. Alex at the Fix/Rhythm Cycles tells me his 661 ankle wrap is better than the one he got from the hospital!

I agree the 661 ankle wrap is sweet. But it’s sweeter not to hurt you ankle in the first place …
