I’ve been asking James for a simple program, one that can be followed by anyone, without any fancy equipment, and this is his answer.
All you need is a chair, a broomstick, a pair of adjustable dumbbells (the DB in the program’s name) and a small area of floor. The MTB DB Combo program builds mobility, strength, strength endurance and anaerobic fitness using 11 warmup exercises, two strength exercises and two four-exercise dumbbell drills.
